Cisco Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty
Cisco 500 Series switches offer a limited lifetime hardware warranty with NBD advance replacement
(where available; otherwise same day ship) and a limited lifetime warranty for fans and power supplies. In
addition, Cisco offers software application updates for bug fixes for the warranty term, and telephone
technical support at no charge for the first 12 months following the date of purchase. To download
