Besides CX4, all XENPAKs and X2s have dual SC (female) connectors. CX4 has an Infiniband 4x connector.

The exact distance supported varies according to the number of splices and connectors in a single-mode fiber strand.

Any passive mux demux can be used with the DWDM XENPAKs. The ONS 15216 Flexlayer filters is one of the options.
