 The Controller interfaces with the APs for management communication. The Controller

ensures that the management interface functions are invoked and succeed before allowing

any further management functions to be carried out between the Controller and the APs.

Controllers enforce protection of audit events being logged by transmitting syslog over TLS

to the Syslog server.
