• For a VCC on a UNI, the range is 1–4095. On an NNI or VNNI, the VCI range is
1–65535. For MPLS, the recommended minimum VCI is 35.
• For a VPC, the vci is 0.

• 0 = disable
• 1 = coreStats
• 2 = detailedStats
