Step 3 From the Select a device to configure drop-down list, select your phone model
or, if applicable, your Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility device profile
(which usually contains the prefix EM).
The menu is context-sensitive and displays options appropriate for the device or
device profile that you have selected.
Changing your Password or PIN
You can change your login password for the User Options web page or your PIN
for Cisco IP Phone Services. Follow the appropriate procedure to change your
password or PIN.
Procedure for Changing Your Password
Step 1 From the User Options main menu, select your phone or, if applicable, your
Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility device profile from the Select a device to
configure drop-down list.
Step 2 Click Change your Password.
The Change Your Password page appears.
Step 3 Fill in the fields as follows:
a. In the Current Password text box, enter your current password.
b. In the New Password text box, enter your new password.
c. In the Confirm Password text box, enter your new password again to confirm
it.
Step 4 Click Update to save your new password.
Step 5 Click Return to the Menu or Log Off at the bottom of the page.
You can also change your PIN for accessing Cisco IP Phone Services, such as
Personal Address Book, Personal Fast Dials, and Cisco CallManager Extension
Mobility.
