Step 6 Click port 4. Make sure that the Answer Calls option is not chosen and that the Dial Out MWI option
is selected, as shown in Figure 4-12.

Verifying Cisco Unity Configuration
To verify Cisco Unity configuration, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Telephony>Telephony Drivers>Unity Service Provider for
CallManager. Choose Configure. The Av-Cisco Service Provider window appears, as shown in
Figure 4-13.
Step 2 Click Test in the Av-Cisco Service Provider window, shown in Figure 4-13, and complete the subsequent
steps as needed.
